My name is Sharyn Farquharson. I have been decorating cakes for both large companies and small businesses over the last 25 years and have been operating my own business for the past 10 years.

I enjoy both the baking and creating of new and different tasting cakes with a large variety of flavours to choose from. This has become very popular when deciding to have your cake as the desert at your reception, as each tier can be a different flavour.

All cakes are made with fresh ingredients, whole eggs, Nestle chocolate and real butter. For the fruit cake lover, we use all Australian fruits, pre-washed and soaked in Bundaberg rum. Almonds and cherries are used to give traditional taste and the peel is optional.

Being a small business, we can offer personalised service to understand your wants and needs. The designs to choose from are only limited by your imagination. I offer a quality product and will work within your budget to create the cake of your dreams. We cater for Weddings, special occasions, novelty, corporate functions, Photo imaging and birthdays.

Hi Sharyn,
Just a follow up, to thank you so much for the Tequila bottle birthday cake you did for my daughter, Natalie's 18th. It just took my breath away when I first saw it, I couldn't believe how great a job had been done and how identical to the picture it looked. Everyone who saw it were overcome and could not believe it was simply a cake and icing, until it had actually been cut. Until I got it home , I thought the top was actually a wooden cork and then I saw it was icing, marbled to look like wood, it was just amazing. So thank you again, it was just perfect and had the desired surprise effect. The cake itself was absolutely yummy as-well - Natalie want's the recipe.
